Highlanders Finish Sixth At Centenary Invitational

Hackettstown, NJ – The Highlanders traveled to Centenary College and the Panther Valley Golf and Country Club for their final match of the fall where they finished sixth overall with a 364. The course was a tough, par 71 at 6365 yards with good conditions.
 
Leading the way for the Highlanders was Ian Zang with an 82 (+11) who finished in 9th place overall. A total of 33 players competed in the match from seven schools. All of the Highlanders finished under 100 for their efforts.
 
Marywood University took top honors for the day with a total 316 and was led by Nicholas Johnson and Michael Thomas with scores of 73 and 75, respectively. The host Cyclones edged out the Highlanders by one stroke with a 363.
 
Josiah Buss finished his round with a 91 (+20) and tied for 21st overall. Buss was followed closely by Adam Green who punched in a 92 (+21) on the day. Mike Boucher and Matthew Rhodes each tied for 27th overall with scores of 99.
 
The men will return to action after the winter has passed for their traditional spring schedule.
