Chad Bass and
Noah Prickett led Cairn University's men's golf team to a seventh place finish at the Cyclone Fall Invitational on Wednesday afternoon in a field of nine teams.

Bass was off to one of his best rounds, having shot an 39 on the front nine, and was only a stroke off the lead after nine holes. Unfortunately, the freshman backslid down the back nine, settling for an 84 on the day. Still good enough for t-16th. Bass's 84 (+13) matches his previous career best.
First-year golfer Prickett also shot an 84 (+13), while
Josiah Buss finished four strokes back at 88 (+17).
Ian Zang tallied a 91 (+20), with
Freddie Santucci recording a 102 (+31).
The men from Marywood took home the top team prize, turning an 315 (+31). Cairn's team score was 347 (+63).
The Pacers' Dalton Deardorff turned in the best individual score with a 73 (+2).
The Highlanders will now close up shop with the colder weather moving in for the season until the spring season rolls around. That schedule will posted as soon as it is finalized.
