LAFAYETTE HILL, PA - Philadelphia Biblical University's Men's Golf team took part in the 2nd Annual Philly U Fall Classic and finished in the top half, taking 7th place out of 15 teams.
In a field that had NCAA Div. I, II, and III programs, Goldey-Beacom College took first-place with a team score of 300. Trailing by 5 strokes (305), Adelphia University finished second-place. The Crimson Eagles finished with 346, good enough for 7th place.
PBU came out ahead of their CSAC opponents. Cabrini finished 2 strokes (348) behind PBU. Neumann (350) and Baptist Bible (357) finished 9th and 10th respectively.
Individually, the Crimson Eagles finished with: Gary North (83), Sam Wilcox (90), Tim Slothower (88), Alex Mitchell (87), and Josiah Buss (88).
PBU will return to the course next weekend when they will take part in the 1st of Immaculata University's two invitational's during the calendar year.
