Crimson Eagles Fire 356 on Monday

- The men's golf team finished ninth overall during the Swarthmore Invitational Monday, recording a 356 as a group to finish over 40 strokes behind the leader.

Rutgers-Camden University blew past 13 team field as the Scarlet Raptors collected a 312 to take home the gold trophy. CSAC members Cabrini College and Neumann University finished in the silver and bronze spots after registering marks of 322 and 332, respectively.

For the Crimson Eagles, the afternoon marks their highest collective score in over two full years as the group has struggled somewhat as of late, tallying marks of 350-plus in each of their last three outings. After averaging a 330.7 a season ago, following Monday's match PBU wrapped up their fall season by posting an average of 346.4 through five outings.

On Monday, Corey Snyder once again paved the way for the Crimson Eagles, notching an 84 to finish 13 over par. Garry North ended two strokes back carding an 86, and Sam Wilcox and Tim Slohtower rounded out the top four by posting marks of 90 and 96, respectively.

With the fall season officially complete, the Crimson Eagles will kick off the spring term during the York College Invitational set to take place at Outdoor Country Club in York, PA on March 29.
