Upon being named to the Hall of Honor, Kikendall shared his appreciation for the recognition, reflecting on the people and moments that defined his experience:
"It's an incredible honor and I'm very grateful to be recognized amongst such an esteemed group of individuals. This recognition is not only a reflection of my personal journey, but also of the support and inspiration from those who have been alongside me. Most of all, I'm thankful to have shared many challenges, laughs, and memories with my teammates and coaches during my four seasons."
