LATHAM, N.Y. - The United East conference has announced its Athletes of the Week for September 14, 2026. Ella Quince was named the Women's Soccer Offensive POTW. 

Sophomore Forward Ella Quince (Morrisville, PA / Morrisville) earned United East offensive player of the week honors after an offensive explosion in Cairn's 2 games this week. Quince scored 5 goals this week and added on 2 assists for a total of 12 points. 

In Cairn's first game of the week Quince scored a pair of early goals and assisted on a 3rd score against Penn State Schuylkill. In the second game of the week Cairn hosted John Jay, Quince got off to another hot start scoring the first 2 Highlander goals of the game. Ella assisted on the next Cairn goal, before returning to scoring and completing her hat trick to put the Highlanders up 4-1. 

Quince and Cairn will return to action this week when they travel to Ney York to play Lehman College on Thursday September 17th.
