Box Score BRYN MAWR, PA- The Highlanders rode their hot-shooting first and third quarters to overwhelm Bryn Mawr College and break their short two-game losing streak with a 69-41 win.

Cairn started off quickly against the host Owls, trading baskets over the first couple minutes until
Aigner Bookard made back-to-back threes to break the game open and give the Highlanders a 14-6 lead. The Highlanders added to their lead in the second quarter, using a stingy pressure defense, and long-range attack; as Bookard,
Payton Emerick, and
Jenna Krage each made a three pointer, with Krage also tallying 3 steals. Cairn took a comfortable 11 point lead into the locker room at the end of the first half.

After an excellent first half, the Highlanders really exerted their influence in the third quarter, making 53% of their field goal attempts and limiting the Owls to only 28% shooting from the floor. Krage chipped in 8 points to nearly match Bryn Mawr's third-quarter efforts. With the game well in hand, the Highlanders rode out the fourth, completing their wire-to-wire win by a final score of 69-41.

Charlotte Camp played an excellent game, finishing with 12 points and 12 rebounds to hold down the inside for Cairn.
Jenna Krage finished with 11 points and 4 steals,
Aigner Bookard led the team with 15 points and 3 assists, and Kenra Stum finished with 5 steals to lead the Highlanders defensive efforts.
