Box Score Langhorne, PA- In today's contest between the Highlanders and the visiting Storm of Keuka College, Cairn was unable to defeat Keuka falling by a score of 14-7.

As has been the case in the Highlanders last couple contests, a series of untimely errors greatly damaged the Highlanders chances of winning.  With five errors and ten free passes handed out by the Highlander pitchers Cairn put themselves in a deep hole, trailing by a score of 6-1 in the fourth, and 12-3 in the seventh.  Outside of two rough innings the Highlanders acquitted themselves fairly well against the Storm.  In this afternoon's game, the Highlanders 6-7-8 hitters provided much of the offense as Joey Nieves-Markee went 1-2 with a triple and two walks, Trent Fiori went 2-3 with an RBI, and Manny Rivera went 3-5 with an RBI.  Additionally, leadoff man Jacob Allen had another excellent game as the freshman tallied three hits and two RBI's on the contest.  



The Highlanders will play again Friday as they begin a three game series against conference opponent Marywood University.  Cairn travels to Marywood Friday night, and hosts the Pacers for a doubleheader on Saturday.
