Hackettstown, NJ - A suffocating defense from the Cyclones of Centenary College grounded the Crimson Eagles, leading to a 64-33 win for Centenary.

The Crimson Eagles committed 28 turnovers and Centenary's defense was credited with 18 steals as PBU shot a miserable 27% from the field. The Crimson Eagles were held to only 14 first half points, and that was their better shooting half. Centenary took a 31-14 lead into the break.

In the second half, PBU's shooting got even worse as the Crimson Eagles shot only 23% but managed to score 19 second half points; 5 more than in the first half.

The ever-present Danielle Bradley-Wilson (Philadlephia, PA / Delaware Valley Charter) once again led all scorers with 12 points. She completed her double-double by coming down with 10 rebounds.

On the bright side, the Crimson Eagles were dominant in one area of the game.... the charity line. The Crimson Eagle's free-throw shooting appears to be getting better as the season goes on. They shot 71% from the foul line. The Cyclones were an awry 0-for-8. Both Bradley-Wilson and senior guard Sara Poole (Edison, NJ / Timothy Christian) were perfect for PBU.

Centenary placed three players in double digits; Danielle Trucksess (11), Hannah Ally (11), and Jen Vasta (10).

PBU moves to 4-11; 1-8. Centenary climbs to 11-5; 5-3.

The Crimson Eagles will make the long trip up the Northeast Extension this Saturday, January 21 when they take on Keystone College at 7pm.
