LANGHORNE, PA - Visiting Centenary College churned out 19 hits en route to their highest run production of the season Friday afternoon as the Cyclones spun past the Crimson Eagles, 16-3.

Centenary scored in six of nine innings on the day and poured in 10 runs during the third and fourth stanzas alone to help break open a 3-2 ball game heading into the top of the third.

Despite churning out their second greatest hit total of the year, PBU failed to capitalize when necessary, leaving 12 runners on base throughout the afternoon.

Six different players registered a multi-hit game for the visitors during a game that saw Centenary pound out five extra base hits, a number that included two home runs.

Mike Sundholm put up a 3-for-4 performance at the plate while Jeremy McAlack, Austin Arseneau, and Shawn Bramle each knocked around two hits for the day.

The Crimson Eagles will get a second and third crack at Centenary Saturday afternoon, taking on the Cyclones at TD Bank Ballpark in Bridgewater, NJ beginning at 5:00 pm.
