Box Score

BALTIMORE, MD
- March 1, 2010 was the last time Philadelphia Biblical University's Women's Basketball team was on a three game-winning streak... until now.

The Crimson Eagles rolled past their conference opponent Notre Dame of Maryland Gators 66-42 and improved to 3-2 overall, 1-0 in the Colonial States Athletic Conference. Only 5 games into the season, PBU's women have already eclipsed their win total of two from last season and matched their number of wins in conference (1).

Sophomore standout Danielle Bradley-Wilson (Philadelphia, PA / Delaware Valley Charter) once again led the way for the Crimson Eagles with 23 points on 11-for-21 shooting. Bradley-Wilson also gathered 11 rebounds but was outdone on the boards by junior teammate Hannah McCardle (Lewisberry, PA / Red Land) who grabbed 12 to lead all rebounders.

Senior leader Sara Poole (Edison, NJ / Timothy Christian) logged the most minutes for PBU at 37. In that time, Poole helped at both ends of the court with 8 steals, 8 assists, 8 points, and 6 rebounds.

Despite a slight dip in their shooting accuracy in the 2nd half, the Crimson Eagles shot an impressive 53% in the 1st half, while holding the Gators to 25% for the game. PBU's pressure on the Notre Dame shooters contributed to the Gators dismal 7% 3-pt shooting and 25% overall.

The Crimson Eagles also held the advantage in rebounds 59 to 44.

Notre Dame falls to 0-2 on the season, 0-1 in CSAC.

PBU will hosts Valley Forge Christian College this Wednesday, November 30 at 6:00 pm. Valley Forge won last year's contest 53-64.
