LATHAM, NY - The United East has announced its 2025 Baseball All-Conference Teams and Major Award winners on Wednesday. Cairn Baseball collected recognition for four student-athletes on All-Conference teams. The three All-Conference teams are made up of a catcher, two corner infielders, two middle infielders, three outfielders, a designated hitter, as well as a pair of starting pitchers and a relief pitcher in addition to four at-large selections. A Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year and Coach of the Year has also been awarded.
Senior first baseman
Tyler Warr (Langhorne, PA / Neshaminy) headlined the list for the Highlanders as he batted .399 this season with a conference-leading 73 hits as he slugged .650 and got on base at a .465 clip. Warr's 72 RBI also led the league, as he holds the program record for career RBI with 203. Warr came just a hit shy of Caleb Lang's '16 career hits record as Warr hunted down his own single season hit record of 79. The senior slugger came off a year where he was named United East Player of the Year and All-Region by two different organizations (d3baseball.com and ABCA/Rawlings) and did not disappoint. Warr's fourth and final All-Conference selection rounds out an extensive career.
Senior right fielder
Dylan Jackson (Levittown, PA / Chestnut Hill College) earns first team honors for the second straight year as he topped last season's batting average by 103 points, one of two Highlanders to hit over .400 this season. Jackson ranked in the top ten in batting average among league hitters, also hitting .408 in conference play. The senior outfielder collected 74 hits in 2025, breaking his own personal best with 18 doubles, three triples, and four home runs, slugging at a .611 pace.
Junior catcher
Zach Bauers (Cooper City, FL / Cooper City) continued to be a consistent presence behind the dish in 2025, earning second team honors once again. The junior backstop hit .347 on the year with a career-best 58 hits with fourteen doubles and two home runs. Bauers ranked second in the league in walks drawn, displaying his keen eye at the plate. Behind the plate, Bauers had a career-best .994 fielding percentage with only nine passed balls. Bauers broke the career caught stealing record 13 games into his junior season as he sits at 68 runners caught stealing for his career, breaking his own single season record of 23 from 2023 as he threw out 26 would-be base thiefs this season.
Senior starting pitcher
Ethan Fineman (Langhorne, PA / Neshaminy) rounded out the list with his first career appearance on an All-Conference team as his 3.86 ERA in six starts earned him second team honors. Fineman had the fourth best qualified ERA in the league as he threw to a 5-2 record in 44.1 innings pitched with his first career complete game on April 13 vs. Wilson College. The senior hurler struck out 26 hitters, holding opponents to a 1.60 WHIP in ten appearances.
