LATHAM, NY - The United East announced its 847 Fall Scholar Athlete recipients. These student-athletes represent all 17 members of the United East across six men's and women's soccer, men's and women's cross country, field hockey and women's volleyball. This also marks 41 more student-athletes than were named to last year's list.
In order to be selected, a student-athlete competing in a fall conference-sponsored sport must achieve a grade point average of 3.2 or higher for the fall semester and must have been in good standing on his or her team.
Cairn Athletics had 81 student-athletes named Fall Scholar Athletes, 15 more than Fall 2023 with 83% of rosters named recipients this year:
