The Cairn University Athletic Communications Office provides complete information and media services regarding Cairn's 14 varsity athletic programs. Game-day programs and statistics will be distributed to visiting media before each athletic event, as applicable.
The office offers email services for scores and statistics to requested media outlets immediately following games, provided that the office is notified at least 24 hours in advance. Half-time and post-game statistics will be given to visiting coaches immediately following the conclusion of specific periods for elected sports. Statistics and scores will also be posted on the athletic website within 24 hours of the contest.
The Cairn University Athletic Communications Office is located on the first floor of the Mason Activity Center in the Athletics Suite (MAC 112).

Post-Contest Interviews
On-site post-game interviews should be arranged through the Athletic Communications Office.Â
Media Day
Organizations wishing to be involved in Media Day should make arrangements through the Athletic Communications Office.Â
Phone Interviews
All interviews with Cairn University athletes and coaches should be arranged through the Athletic Communications Office. It is preferred that members of the media wishing to conduct phone interviews supply a number for the student-athlete/coach to contact. Phone numbers of student-athletes will not be released without their written consent.
Photography Credentials
Only credentialed photographers will be granted access beyond fan designated areas (field/court side) for photography. Credentials can be applied for through the Athletic Communications no later than 48 hours before the contest. Please click here.

Cairn Athletics will provide links to as many away contests as possible, but please keep in mind that both live stats and video feeds at away games are provided as a courtesy by the host institution and will not be available at all times.
