Langhorne, PA - Looking for their first win streak of the season after dispatching of Lancaster Bible College earlier in the week, PBU's men's volleyball took on visiting Wells College.
The Crimson Eagles attack was hitting on all cylinders on Saturday, slamming home 35 kills with only 7 attack errors. Local boy,
Ethan Mawhinney (Langhorne, PA / Neshaminy) led the way for PBU with 9 kills and a solid .583 attacking percentage. Both
Ryan Garven (Newtown, PA / Council Rock North) and
Josh Tuttle (Eastport, NY / Eastport) finished with 7 kills each, with the latter attacking at a .778 rate.

Jon Wilson (Allentown, PA / Parkland) wracked up 30 assists, 9 digs, and a perfect 1.000 attacking percentage on 2 attacks.
Too much for Wells College to handle, the Crimson Eagles ran out 3-0 victors, 25-9, 25-10, 25-12.
PBU's aggressive defense at the net forced the Express into 17 attack errors and only allowed 13 kills for their opponents.
Wells is now 0-4 on the season.
PBU improves to 4-10 and have their first winning streak of the season, just in time for conference play to begin. Hopefully, the Crimson Eagles won't return rusty in 2 weeks time when they return to the court on March 2, to take take on Juniata College in Stevenson, MD.
