Lancaster, PA - Philadelphia Biblical University's men's volleyball team traveled to Lancaster Bible for their 12th road game out of 13 games this season.
The road warriors proved too much for the Chargers of Lancaster Bible, easily winning out 3-0.
Several players were constantly involved in the Crimson Eagle attack as 6 players finished with 5 kills or more. Junior
Noah Prickett (Yardley, PA / Pennsbury) led the way with 9 kill's followed by 8 from
Stephen Hirsch (Iselin, NJ / Home School). Ethan Mawhinney (Langhorne, PA / Neshaminy) knocked home 7 kills while
Josh Tuttle (Eastport, NY / Eastport) had 6.
Nate Seidle (Plumsteadville, PA / Central Bucks West) and
Ryan Garven (Newtown, PA / Council Rock North) each contributed 5 kills.
The opening set was the closest at 25-17, but after that the Crimson Eagle's dominance steam rolled LBC 25-10, 25-12. PBU's defensive line at the net forced 21 errors from the Chargers, 5 more errors than LBC had kills. All but one Crimson Eagle recorded a dig in the contest.
PBU's Jon Wilson (Allentown, PA / Parkland) was credited with 33 assists in helping the Crimson Eagles to their route.
For only the 2nd time this season, the Crimson Eagles will get to host a home match this weekend when they take on Wells College at 3pm. Immediately following the match, PBU will host its alumni match.
