LANGHORNE, PA - The men's volleyball team cruised during their first match of the season Tuesday evening, rolling past Lancaster Bible College in three straight sets.
The Crimson Eagles posted wins of 30-10, 30-16, and 30-13 over their NECVA Western Division counterpart, marking the second straight year PBU has kicked off their season with a victory over the Chargers.
Senior Leandro Dueck paced the host squad with 11 kills, five digs, and three aces. Third year outside hitter Justin Brubaker added eight kills, eight digs, and three aces, and classmate Drew Dillon chipped in with 24 assists and three aces. Sophomore Oliver Good collected 11 helpers in the win.
The volleyball team will return to action this weekend when the group competes in Ramapo College's Quad Match. PBU will open up action against Sacred Heart University on Friday at 8:00 pm.
