ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, NY - Following an all-out grueling stretch that saw the men's volleyball team take on six nationally ranked team during a span of 14 days, the Crimson Eagles were able to savor a break from competition against top-15 foes.

Not that Bard or Brooklyn College were by any means pushovers on Saturday.

But PBU nonetheless managed to tack on two more W's to their once-.500 record by pulling off back-to-back sweeps over Bard and Brooklyn during Saturday's trimatch in New York.

The Crimson Eagles disposed of Bard by scores of 30-12, 30-25, 30-25 during their opening match and followed up shortly after with a 3-0 blanking against Brooklyn (30-18, 30-19, 30-17).
