BRYN ATHYN, PA - Jesse Stuard tied his career-high for kills as the Highlanders picked up another conference win on the road.
It was all Cairn (9-8 / 5-2 UNITED EAST) in this one against the Lions but the beginning had a tough start for the Highlanders as Bryn Athyn (9-19 / 5-2 UNITED EAST) kept it really close in the first set until Cairn scored 6 out of their last 7 points to win the set, 25-18.
The second set was a breeze for Cairn as they score the last 12 out of 15 points against the Lions, winning that one 25-15. The second set was a true team performance as they dominated control, capped off with a dominant performance from sophomore outside hitter
Jesse Stuart (Chattanooga, TN / Chiang Rai International Christian School) beat his single-game high with 14 kills.
The third and final set for Cairn wasn't an easy one, being that the Lions kept up with the Highlanders for the majority of the set, but towards the final stretch Cairn took advantage once again. The Lions late game struggles ended off with a sweep from Cairn, winning the third set by a score of 25-18.

Sam Poirier (Nogyang, South Korea / International Christian School Uijeongbu) did his thing as he had 11 kills also having 7 digs in the match. Junior libero
Kobe Cash (Yardley, PA / Calvary Christian Academy) had an important 15 digs which helped Cairn earn the advantage over Bryn Athyn one last time. Junior right side
David Larbi (Bensalem, PA / Bensalem) had a big night at the net with eight blocks.
The Highlanders look to continue their win streak with an important United East Conference game as the wrap up the regular season against Neumann University on the road Wednesday at 7 pm.
