LATHAM, NY – The United East conference has announced its 2024-25 Men's Basketball All-Conference Teams. Each All-Conference team is made up of ten student-athletes, including four at-large selections.
Thirty individuals earned All-Conference status for their performances during the 2024-2025 season and four major awards have been handed out including Offensive Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Coach of the Year.
Graduate forward
Josiah Hardy (Ashburn, VA / Hampden-Sydney) topped the list for the Highlanders on the First Team All-Conference list. Hardy paced the Highlander offense all season, averaging 15.2 points and 6.0 rebounds over a team-high 32.9 minutes per game. He finished just outside the top-10 in points among fellow United East players. On the defensive side, Hardy swatted a team-leading 27 shots, good enough for fourth in the conference. Hardy went off for a season-high 27 points on December 4
th against Bryn Athyn and had a perfect 10-10 shooting night on January 4
th at Penn St. Abington. This is Hardy's first All-Conference nod.
Graduate guard
Jaylon Simpson (Atlanta, GA / Belmont Abbey) was named Second Team All-Conference as he was Cairn's next leading scorer, averaging 13 points and 4.5 rebounds through the year. This is Simpson's first All-Conference selection.
Senior
Ashton West (Newport Beach, CA / Clarks Summit University) and fifth year
Isaiah Coleman (Fontana, CA / Clarks Summit University) rounded out the Highlander honorees as they were each named Third Team All-Conference. Coleman led the team with 66 made three-pointers, shooting at 37.1%, the most in the conference as he averaged 11.7 points per game. West averaged 12.5 points shooting at a team-best 49% from the field. West was a Third Team All-Conference performer in 2023-24 and Second Team in 2022-23 and 2021-22. This is Coleman's first time as an All-Conference honoree.
