LANGHORNE, PA – Men's Cross Country raced on familiar ground last Saturday as Cairn hosted conference and non-conference foes in the Highlander Invitational.
 
Cairn placed 9th out of a pool of 17 teams with senior Titus Dingle (Catonsville, MD / Chapelgate Christian) as Cairn's first finisher of the day with a time of 31:05.5, landing him in 15th place, soon followed by junior Derek Tweksbury (Portland, CT / Portland) in 24th with a time of 32:07.5. Freshmen Noah Teshome followed almost immediately after with a time of 32:19.2, finishing in 29th. Graduate student Jeremy Golden (Lancaster, PA / Clarks Summit University) and Junior Levi Mix (Montgomery, TX West / Orange-Stark ) finished next, placing 70th in 93rd. Sean Blackson (Philadelphia, PA / Benjamin Franklin) placed 132nd.

Cairn will travel to Glassboro, NJ on October 18th to race in the Border Battle for their last meet of the regular season.
