LANCASTER, PA - The Cairn University Men's Soccer team traveled to Lancaster on Wednesday night to take on Lancaster Bible College, falling to the Chargers 4-0.
Lancaster Bible (3-5-1 / 0-1 United East Volt Division) got on the board first in the 12th minute, which would be the only scoring action of the half as Cairn (2-5-2) went into the break down 1-0. The Chargers would add to their lead only seconds into the second half. Freshman forward

Jack Fiacco (Sunderland, MD / Northern HS) looked to respond immediately but could not find an open look. Lancaster Bible went ahead 3-0 in the 77th minute and sealed the victory with their fourth and final goal in the closing seconds of the match as the Highlanders fell 4-0.
The Charger held the advantage in both shots and shots on goal, 14-9 & 7-2, respectively. Miller led in shooting with 2 shots, one on goal, while graduate forward
Jacob O'Brien added a shot on goal.
The Highlanders take part in the Homecoming action on Saturday, taking on St. Elizabeth University at 3:30 p.m. for their United East Conference opener, which will be preceded by the Cairn Athletics Hall of Honor Induction Ceremony around 3:15 p.m.
