LANGHORNE, Pa. – The Cairn University baseball team fell in non-conference action at home inside the G. Patrick Stillman Complex by a score of 28-3 on Wednesday.
Cairn (10-8) posted four hits on the day, highlighted by freshman
Tyler Warr (Langhorne, PA / Neshaminy) who laced a two-RBI double over Cabrini's (16-5) centerfielder in the bottom of the eighth inning. Also recording hits for the Highlanders were senior
Joshua Melchior (Boyertown, PA / Valley Forge Baptist Academy) and juniors
Samuel Spadea (Yardley, PA / Pennsbury) and
Brooks Price (Nashville, TN / Franklin Road Academy).
Cairn will be back on the diamond on Saturday, April 2 when it welcomes Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) foe Wilson College to Langhorne for a conference doubleheader inside the Stillman Complex at 12 p.m.
