LANGHORNE, PA- The Highlanders played a post finals week match up against the Goucher Gophers, losing a tightly-contested game 71-70.

The Highlanders led by one point at the end of the first half and held that lead until midway through the second half. Both teams traded buckets down the stretch, but the Gophers got hot from three and stretched their lead to four points as time dwindled down.
Malachi Hall made a three as time expired, but it wasn't enough and the Highlanders four game win streak was broken.

Cairn was led by Hall as the junior finished with 21 points on 9-13 shooting, while
Jordan Koczman notched 18 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 assists.
Jeremiah Harris finished with double-digits yet against, tallying 10 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists.

The Highlanders will look to get back on track against Wesley College at 5:00 PM Monday night. Cairn hosts the Wolverines before traveling to Penn State Abington for their final game before Christmas break.
