Langhorne, PA – The Marywood University Pacers came onto Cairn's campus this afternoon for a single, CSAC game and the Highlanders fell 13-7 with 30 combined hits. 
Tyson Rohrs took to the mound today and went six innings with seven earned runs and five strikeouts. Justin Perez earned the win for the Pacers. 
The Highlanders struck first in the game with one run in the bottom of the first inning. 
Joey Nieves-Markee led off with a walk and 
Caleb Moore advanced him to third with a single into center field. 
Caleb Lang then stepped up and hit his first RBI of the day with a single through the left side. 
Marywood came back to take the lead in the top of the third inning by scoring five runs on six hits. Cairn responded with one in the bottom of the inning thanks to a single by 
Trent Fiori that scored 
Caleb Moore. 
Cairn came back further in the bottom of the fourth inning when 
Caleb Lang hit his sixth homerun of the season over the left field fence. It was a two-run shot that also scored Nieves-Markee. Lang went 3-for-3 on the day with four RBI, while Nieves-Markee was 4-for-5 with three runs scored. 
Marywood pulled ahead 7-4 in the top of the fifth inning but again Cairn came to within one in the bottom of the sixth inning. The Highlanders loaded the bases by intentionally walking Lang and 
John Burlaga stepped in to hit a two-run double. 
The Pacers came alive for one more inning and sent home four runners in the top of the seventh inning. Halfway through the inning, 
Ben Chapman was sent in to pitch for Rohrs. 
John Burlaga relieved Chapman for the eighth inning and Lang closed out the game in the ninth. 
Cairn scored one more before the end of the game to Marywood's two and the game ended in a 13-7 final. For Marywood head coach Jerry Davis, it was his 100
th win of his career with the Pacers. Cairn dropped to 6-19 with the loss, while Marywood improved to 16-6 with the win. 
The Highlanders will finish out the series with the Pacers when they travel to Marywood tomorrow for a doubleheader.
