Box Score
It didn't take long for the Keystone Giants, who are ranked first in the conference for scoring offense averaging 84.6 points per game, to establish an early lead. With just under four minutes played, the Giants had bursts out to a 12-3 lead. At the 10:44 mark of the 1st half, Keystone had their largest lead of the game up to that point at 17, 31-14. A comeback powered by
Reuben Lacy and

Kyle Bonner 3-pointer and
Charles Hopkins layup on back-to-back plays narrowed the lead even more, 37-29 with Keystone clinging to an 8 point lead. Unfortunately for Cairn, the momentum would go with Keystone into the lockerroom as the Giants closed out the five minutes of the half on an 8-0 run, with a 45-29 lead.
Off of a couple of turnovers and missed shots from the Highlanders out of the break, Keystone immediately took advantage and flew out to a 52-29 lead. A pair of free-throws from Greg Westry put the Giants lead up to 30 points. It also kick-started another 8-0 run from the visitors, extending their lead with a 74-36 score.
Perhaps out of reach of a full comeback but not without some fight left in them,
Charles Hopkins and
Kyle Bonner inspired a 12-0 from Cairn over the next minute and a half. Hopkins scored 7 of his team-high 21 points in that run while Kyle Bonner scored 5 of his 10 points.
Cairn eventually dwindled the lead down to 19 in the final minute but fell 86-65.

Charles Hopkins with a season-high of 21. Hopkins' 6 assists also tied a season-high.
Reuben Lacy grabbed his second double-double of the season with 14 points and a season-high 14 rebounds.
Chase Brunner also got into the action of setting a season-high mark. The second-year player tallied 11 points on 4-of-9 shooting, including 2 3-pointers. Freshman guard
Kyle Bonner was perfect from the charity line, 4-for-4, and knocked down 2 3pt baskets to finish with 10 points.
