Tim Ebersole begins his 12th year of service as an assistant coach within the men's soccer program in 2017.
“We couldn’t be more fortunate to have Tim be a part of the program," said head coach Luke Gibson. "He’s been a staple of Cairn soccer for many years, and has had a massive impact on and off the field. It’s been a tremendous opportunity to work with him during the past two seasons, and he’s been a vital part of what we are doing and where we are going.”
A 2005 graduate of Cairn University, Ebersole has an extensive history with the men's team. He played for the Highlanders for four years during his tenure as a student, captaining the group during his senior campaign in 2004 before coming on board as an assistant in 2008.
During his high school days, Ebersole helped lead Wallenpaupack to the state semi-finals in his senior season and also spent time playing for the 84 United and Newfoundland Area Soccer Clubs.
Throughout his time as an assistant on the Cairn sidelines, Ebersole has helped lead the group to three NCCAA East Region Titles. Additionally, he's helped groom ten NCCAA All-Americans during his four year tutelage.
