Tyler Savage enters his third season as an Assistant Coach for the Cairn Men's Basketball team in the 2022-23 season.
Prior to Cairn, Savage was the Athletic Director and Coach at Faith Academy (VA). During his time at Faith, two players were named All-State and All-Region selections under Savage. Before Faith, Savage was the Head Girls Varsity Basketball Coach at The Master's Academy in Florida, his alma mater. In just one season, Savage led the Eagles to their first District Championship in 13 years, with multiple players receiving Division I offers post-graduation.
During his playing career, Savage was a two-year member of the Red Team for the Men's Basketball program at NCAA Division I Liberty University. In High School, Savage was a member of the basketball team and track & field team at The Master's Academy.Â
Savage graduated from Liberty with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management in 2018 and is pursuing his Master's Degree at Cairn.
