Seth Brunner enters his second season as an Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator for the men's basketball program in 2023.
Brunner joined the Cairn coaching staff after spending three seasons as the Head Varsity Boy's Basketball Coach at Faith Christian Academy. During his time at Faith, Brunner compiled an overall record of 35-35, leading the Lions to two PIAA District semifinal appearances in his three years at the helm.
Brunner's final year at Faith proved to be his most sucessful tenure, leading the Lions to only their third Bicentennial Athletic League semifinal appearance in program history, claiming the 2022 PIAA District Championship (seventh in program history, second in past two decades), as well as making it all the way to the Sweet 16 in the PIAA State Playoffs. At the end of the season, Brunner's Lions were ranked 6th in the State in “Beast of the East” reporters rankings.
Additionally, Brunner runs a very successful basketball training business, "TBB Basketball" which trains over 100 players in the Pennsylvania/New Jersey area, ranging from NBA G League, former NBA, and current overseas players.
During his playing career, Brunner spent four years with the Cairn men's basketball program as a guard, shooting 49% from three-point range in his junior season and was also an integral part of Cairn's first ever CSAC Championship team.
Brunner graduated from Cairn in 2020 with a Bachelor's of Science in Education.
