Jan Haas

Head coach Jan Haas will begin his fifth season at the helm for the Highlanders in 2016. Haas has amassed an overall record over his four years of 34-124 and has won four conference games. A highlight win from the 2015 season was a dramatic 13-12 victory over Keystone College; the eventual conference champions.

Haas is rebuilding the baseball program, competing in the Colonial States Athletic Conference, which boasts a handful of the best programs in the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Region. Strides have been made since then and in his first season, Coach Haas oversaw one of the biggest steps in the program's history in 2012 when the team earned its first-ever victory within conference play, posting a 5-4 victory over Centenary College.


In addition to his coaching duties, Haas is the Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration at Cairn University. He is married to his wife Lisa. They have two children, Kate and Phil, both graduates of Cairn University. Jan and Lisa currently reside in Yardley, PA.
