Coach Brian Maglione, known by his players as "Coach Mags", enters his fourth year as an Assistant Coach for the Cairn Baseball team in 2025.
Maglione joined the Cairn coaching staff in 2022 following an extensive career in New Jersey youth travel baseball, being the President and Founder of the Hamilton A's Baseball Travel Program since 2003, a premier travel program in the area. Maglione has accumulated over 1,600 wins in that role and has become a familiar face on the travel baseball circuit. In addition, Maglione served as an Assistant Coach at Hamilton High School West from 2007-2010.
Prior to coaching, Maglione pitched at High Point University from 1988-89 as well as Ramapo College of New Jersey from 1990-92, completing his degree in communications in 1993. Before college, Maglione lettered in baseball and basketball at Steinert High School, being named All-Area for baseball his junior and senior years, as well as 3rd Team All-Area for basketball.
Maglione was joined by his son and former Cairn Baseball Pitcher, Dom Maglione, on the Cairn coaching staff in 2023.
