LANGHORNE, PA – Cairn Men's Basketball has teamed up with Team IMPACT to welcome a new teammate, Theo.
 
Cairn Men's Basketball Head Coach Jason O'Connell and the Highlanders signed Theo as the newest member of the team through Team IMPACT. Theo joined teammates on Thursday evening for his official signing to the team. Players and coaches were present for Theo's official signing to be apart of the team, through Team IMPACT. 
 
"We had the privilege of welcoming Theo and his family into our program through Team IMPACT as we celebrated his Signing Day." Head Coach Jason O'Connell said, "Watching our guys interact with him and connect in a way that made him feel like part of our Cairn basketball program was truly special. We're grateful to officially have Theo and his family join us."
 
Team IMPACT is a national non-profit organization that has developed a unique multiyear program that matches children facing serious illness and disability with college athletic teams across the country. Based on a clinical model, Team IMPACT guides a symbiotic relationship between teams and children focused on socialization, empowerment, and resilience.
