LANGHORNE, PA – The Cairn University Highlanders men's basketball team secured a decisive 89-73 victory over the Gallaudet University Bison on Saturday for a bounce back conference win.

Cairn (8-6 / 5-1 UNITED EAST) started strong as fifth year forward Isaiah Coleman (Fontana, CA / Clarks Summit University) would lead the team with nine points in the half from a trio of shots behind the arc with graduate guard Corey Baldwin (Henderson, NC / Averett) scoring seven points and senior guard Jonathan Desir (Feasterville, PA / Neshaminy) adding a pair of blocked shots on the defensive end. The Highlanders would find themselves on a seven-point run in later portion of the half as they shot close to 60% as a team, leading 42-35 at halftime.

After the break, the Highlanders maintained their momentum.
