ABINGTON, PA – The Cairn Women's Tennis team finished up their suspended match from March 30 on Tuesday afternoon at Penn State – Abington with a 7-2 win.

Rachel Campbell-Robertson (Richmond, VA / Veritas School) and freshman
Laney Bouton (Point Pleasant Beach, NJ / Point Pleasant Beach HS) finished their #2 doubles matchup first, 8-2, followed by seniors
Abby Horning (St. Adamstown, PA / Cocalico) and
Gabriella Hurst (Stevens, PA / Cocalico) with a 8-5 win before Cairn (5-1 / 3-0 UNITED EAST SKYE DIVISION) dropped the #1 doubles matchup with the Highlanders ahead 2-1.
Penn State Abington (4-9 / 1-2 UNITED EAST VOLT DIVISION) took the No. 1 singles match before the Highlanders swept the remainder of the singles as junior
Ersy Neal (Wayne, PA / Delaware County Christian) won #2 singles (6-3, 6-2), Campbell-Robertson won #3 singles (6-3, 6-2), Horning took the #4 matchup 7-5, 6-3 and Bouton (6-0, 6-0) & sophomore Tatiani Ipri (Mullica Hill, NJ / Gloucester County Christian) (6-4, 7-5) finished off singles play.
The Highlanders have a full slate of matches this week as they host Penn State Berks on Wednesday, Arcadia on Thursday, Cedar Crest on Friday, and Penn College for Senior Day on Saturday.
