LANGHORNE, Pa. – The Cairn University men's tennis team lost, 9-0, in the final match of their non-traditional fall season at home against Penn State Abington University on Thursday.
Penn State Abington (2-0) swept the doubles and singles competition in the bout against the Highlanders (1-2). Sophomore
Michael Wilson (New Hope, PA / New Hope Solebury) put up the best performance of the day in the singles bouts, battling to an 8-4 decision in the No. 1 singles slot.
The Highlanders will now break for the fall before embarking on their traditional spring season schedule in February.
