Game Recap: Men's Basketball |

Men's Basketball Hits Season-High 15 Threes in Win

LANGHORNE, PA- Cairn hosted Clarks Summit University Wednesday night in a CSAC matchup. The Highlanders bounced back, finding their stroke from behind the arc, and picking up their 4th CSAC win of the season.

The Defenders notched the first point of the game and it was all Highlanders from that point on. Brennan Addley knocked down back-to-back threes to put Cairn ahead and spark Cairn's offense. If Addley sparked the offense, Josh Forker set it fully on fire. The freshman showed off his smooth jumper, hitting threes on three straight possessions and four in the first half to give the Highlanders a 50-34 lead. Staked to a substantial lead and playing in front of a rowdy home crowd, Cairn stayed hot in the second half and raced out to a 101-64 victory.

The Highlanders finished with a season-high 15 threes led by Addley with 28 points and a 7-8 performance from beyond the arc. Forker finished with 17 points, and Jesse Rivera and Malachi Hall fueled the offense with 9 points and a combined 17 assists.

The Highlanders will travel to Wilson College over the weekend for yet another CSAC competition. Tipoff is set for 3:00 PM.
