LANGHORNE, PA- The Highlanders hosted Gwynedd Mercy University in a non-conference matchup Wednesday afternoon. Despite dominating play nearly the entire afternoon, the Highlanders fell 1-0 after the Griffins notched a set pice goal in the 68th minute. Cairn tallied 21 shots with 11 on goal, but was unable to break through for a much-needed goal. Rife with injuries, the Highlanders will have a week off, until they host Arcadia at 4:00 PM next Wednesday.
