LANGHORNE, PA- The Highlanders defeated PSU-Abington 2-0 earlier this week thanks to beautiful goals from Dakota Hitchner and Brea Zellner. Cairn notched 11 shots to just 1 from the Lions in the first half but were unable to break through. Hitchner broke the deadlock in the 57th minute after a perfectly-placed through ball from Tori Ruitto. Sitting on a 1-0 lead, the Highlanders put the game away in the 72nd minute when Brea Zellner deposited a Becca Marzinke pass into the back of the net for her first of the season.
