LANGHORNE, PA- The Highlanders hosted the Delaware Valley Aggies on Tuesday night in their senior night matchup. After honoring
Kara Williams' stellar career, the Highlanders lost a competitive match to a high-powered Aggies squad. In other CSAC action, Rosemont defeated Cedar Crest College clinching the #1 overall seed in the upcoming playoffs for the Highlanders.

Allyssa Peters and
Maya Neal started the Highlanders night with a big win in doubles play, 8-6, while Williams and
Charlotte Allen fell for the first time all season, 6-8, after a back-and-forth affair. Singles play started slowly for the Highlanders, Peters,
Ellie Santos, and
Bianca Birney each battled but fell in their matches. In the #3 singles spot,
Lauren Griffith outlasted Delaware Valley's Erin Volov, 8-6, for the Highlanders fourth point of the day. Griffith played top-notch tennis, utilizing powerful forehands from the backline and quick hands at the net to defeat Volov.

Cairn will take part in the CSAC Championships this Saturday at the Legacy Youth Tennis Center in Philadelphia. The Highlanders will take on Bryn Athyn at 9:30 AM Saturday morning.
