LANGHORNE, PA- The Highlanders hosted Wilson College Tuesday afternoon in search of their 8th straight win. Cairn played some of their best soccer of the season, moving the ball with ease and winning 4-0. 

Playing without freshman keeper Kyrstin Jarvis, the Highlanders needed a great performance from their offense and they did not disappoint. Sophomores Lauren Costa and Sarah Jackson linked up in the 17th minute to put the Highlanders ahead 1-0. Just two minutes later, Cairn got on the board once more. Dakota Hitchner rifled a shot off the crossbar into the path of a crashing Brea Zellner. Zellner gathered the deflection and deposited it into the back of the net to extend the Highlanders lead. Staked to a 2-0 lead, Cairn's defenders got in the mix in the second half. Tori Ruitto fired a free kick from 35 yards out into the back of the net, and Sierra Kiekel buried a penalty kick in the side netting to give Cairn a 4-0 lead. 

The Highlanders will clash with their top competition in the CSAC hierarchy this weekend when they travel to take on Centenary University this weekend at 1:00 PM.
