ROSEMONT, PA- The Highlanders traveled to take on the Rosemont Ravens in a CSAC matchup Wednesday night, battling hard but falling 91-46.
 
The Highlanders started off strong, playing the first quarter close but struggling with Rosemont's physical, pressure defense in the second and third quarters.  Cairn bounced back in the fourth quarter, breaking through the defense and slashing to rim repeatedly for easy baskets- but the deficit was simply too substantial and the Highlanders fell to 3-4 in the CSAC.
 
Kendra Stum had another excellent performance for the Highlanders with 16 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists while Dakota Hitchner notched 13 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists.
 
The Highlanders will seek a bounce back Saturday afternoon when they host Cedar Crest College at 1:00 PM.
