LANGHORNE, PA- In their first home match of the season, the Highlanders fell to the CSAC's second-ranked Griffins of Gwynedd Mercy University.
 
The young Highlanders struggled to find their footing against the powerful lineup of Gwynedd Mercy and amidst the swirling winds of another cold April afternoon. The Highlanders fell, but saw improved play from two freshman in Mariah Wilson and Ellie Santos as they were able to snag a game and play close with the Griffins strong tandem of Natalie Danze and Robyn Belen.
 
Weather permitting the Highlanders will be in action again tomorrow afternoon against Clarks Summit University.
