Box Score Hackettstown, NJ – The Cairn women's soccer team dropped a 10-0 match on Saturday afternoon against the Centenary Cyclones. Centenary scored seven goals before the break and added three more after the half en route to their second shutout victory of the season.
 
Cairn generated their best opportunity of the afternoon early in the second-half when Meghan Wilson, Kelsey Lewis,  and Katelyn Johnson each recorded shots in a two-minute span. Wilson and Lewis' shots were turned away by Centenary goalie Justine Stefura while Johnson's shot was blocked by a defender.
 
The Highlanders registered three more shots in the half but all three were turned away by Stefura.
 
Seven different Cyclones scored in the contest with Cassidy Haller leading the way with a hat trick.
 
In goal for the Highlanders, Hannah Barker made 15 saves against 25 shots on goal.
 
The loss drops the Highlanders to 3-3 overall and 0-2 in the CSAC. Cairn will next take the field on Thursday when they travel to Immaculata at 4:00 p.m.
