Allentown, PA: Women's Soccer returned to action on Thursday hitting the road traveling to DeSales University for a non-conference matchup.

The Bulldogs scored late goal in the first half to take a 1-0 lead before heading into the locker room.

Freshman goalie Mackenzie Paugh (Galloway, NJ / Absegami) kept DeSales off the scoreboard in the second half. She recorded seven total saves for the game.

However the Highlanders were unable to put one past Michelle Churchman who recorded her second shutout of the season for the Bulldogs.

Cairn will return back to action on Saturday when they host Bryn Mawr at 1 p.m. for their home opener.
