Rosemont used their on-point shooting to jump out to a 13-3 lead by the 14:14 mark. Whenever the Highlanders struggled to get their shots to go in, it seemed the Ravens would go on another run and extend its lead a larger each time. With seven and a half minutes to go in the first half, Rosemont held a 26-14 advatnage. They would extened that 12-point lead to 20 points with just over a minute ticking off the clock, opening a 30-14 gap. That margin would up all the way to the break with Rosemont leading 49-29.
Kiwan Murray would earn 11 of his 19 points in the second half, as the impressive shooting from Rosemont improved in the second half. The Ravens went from shooting 57% to over 64% in the final 20 minutes.
Any dreams of a comeback were quickly dashed as the Ravens kick-started their second half on a 12-0 run. Looking at a 49-29 deficit coming out of halftime, the Highlanders were now down 61-29 with fewer than three minutes off the clock in the second.
Barron Lacy, however, turned his game around in the second half as well. After finishing the first half with just two points, Barron went 3-for-4 from the field and a perfect 4-for-4 from the free-throw line, scoring 10 of his 12 points in the second half.
