Immaculata, PA - Philadelphia Biblical University squared off against Immaculata University on Saturday in a Colonial States Athletic Conference softball showdown. Unfortunately, the Mighty Macs had the Crimson Eagles' number on the day.

PBU was shutout for a third straight game, dating back to Friday doubleheader losses to CSAC leaders Centenary, losing game one 9-0. The Crimson Eagles ended their scoreless streak with 3 runs scored in the follow up game, but it wasn't enough. Immaculata did two better than their game one output, scoring 11 to top PBU 11-3.

The pair of defeats moves PBU to 5-23 overall; 2-14 CSAC.

The Crimson Eagles will get a break of conference play when they take on the Aggies from Delaware Valley College on Tuesday, April 17.
