Langhorne, PA
- It was a game that looked like it might go like the rest, with PBU's opponent slowly breaking away to a double-digit win. Instead, the Crimson Eagles fought back to within 3 points in the final minutes only to come up just short on Senior Night.

Down 36-22 at halftime, the Crimson Eagles could've been hanging their heads expecting this game to go like 17 other games this season that ended in defeat. But behind the leadership of 5 seniors, PBU came out ready to make a game of it and refused to give in. Their effort nearly paid off down the stretch. With just over 2 minutes to play, PBU had pulled to within 3 points. Immaculata, however, sealed the win by making most of their free throws in the final minutes.

It was the final home game of the season, and last home game ever, for Adam Derus (Lancaster, PA / Manheim Township), Charles Kennedy (Philadelphia, PA / Roxborough), Claude Chalk (Philadelphia, PA / Philadelphia Regional), Luke Nelson (Kijabe, Kenya / Rift Valley Academy), and Jeremy Pearson (Detroit, MI / Stevenson).

All 5 players put in spirited performances, with guard Adam Derus especially shining with 22 points. Forward Charles Kennedy dominated the boards with a game-high 14 rebounds. The next closest rebounder had 6 rebounds.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, freshman Seth Heinicke (Ivyland, PA / Calvary Christian) is coming to the end to just his first collegiate season. The talented freshman netted 23 points to lead all scorers.

Immaculata were led by Rob Siter with 21 points. Nelson Torres finished the game with 16 points, 2 shy of his 1,000th point.

Immaculata won 73-67 and improves to 7-15, 5-10. PBU slips to 4-18, 2-14.

NCCAA East Region opponent Valley Forge Christian College is next up on the schedule this Thursday in Phoenixville, PA. Tip-off is at 8pm, following the women's basketball game at 6pm.
