The second half started similar to the first, with Gwynedd-Mercy grabbing the momentum early on and building a 17 point lead after only 5 minutes. With 9 minutes remaining in the game, the Griffins had accumulated a 23 point lead, 52-75.

The Crimson Eagles weren't dead yet, though. Over the next 4 minutes, PBU would go on a 15-4 run to cut the lead to a more manageable 12 point gap, 67-79. That's as close as they would get to a comeback.

The Griffins would prevail in the end 73-93.

Seth Heinicke finished his standout night with 29 points, to lead the Crimson Eagles. Senior Adam Derus (Lancaster, PA / Manheim Township) put up 14 points, despite struggling from the field.

PBU falls to 2-5 overall, 0-3 in the CSAC. Gwynedd-Mercy jumps to 4-2, 3-1.
