Cabrini Runs Through PBU

LANGHORNE, PA - The PBU women's soccer team lost 6-1 to Cabrini in CSAC action on Saturday. Cabrini entered the game tops in CSAC play, while the loss drops PBU to 4-13 overall and 3-6 in conference play.

Cabrini controlled play from the start, taking a 3-0 lead into the half. They did not let up in the 2nd half, scoring the first three goals to take a commanding 6-0 lead.  

PBU's Katherine Zell finally put the Crimson Eagles on the scoreboard in the 85th minute off an assist from Sarah Schenkel. The goal was Zell's fifth of the season.

Cabrini had five different players score, lead by Annmarie Kolla with two goals.

The Crimson Eagles will next be in action on Tuesday as the begin NCCAA East Region Tournament play.  They will open at Lancaster Bible College on Tuesday, October 26.
