CLARKS SUMMIT, PA - Baptist Bible College used a 42-16 edge in points in the paint (including a 24-4 margin in the second stanza) to help boost the group to their sixth straight win over the Crimson Eagles dating back to the 2005 season late Tuesday evening.
Despite coughing up the ball a season low 12 times for the game, PBU struggled to get stops defensively as Baptist connected on 51.9 percent of their attempts for the game and saw four starters reach double figures in the 74-60 slugfest.
Junior Willie Miller paved the way with 17 points, eight boards, and four assists. Fourth-year forward Tom Arthur chipped in with 14 points and eight baords, and rookie Bart McCardle added a career high 11 points.
PBU will return to action Thursday even when the group heads to Neumann College to take on the Knights at 7:00 pm.
